Terms of Service

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and BragDeal Inc. ("we", "us") of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, for the RytMiles app, website and related services ("RytMiles"). By creating an account or using RytMiles you accept them.

The service

RytMiles records drives, helps you classify them and produces mileage reports. It is a record-keeping tool, not tax, legal or accounting advice. Rates such as the IRS standard mileage rate and the CRA per-kilometre allowance are provided for convenience; you are responsible for checking the rate that applies to you and for what you file.

Your account

You need an email address or an Apple or Google identity to sign in, and you must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Free week and subscriptions

Your data

Your drives and everything you enter remain yours. We store and process them only to provide RytMiles, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from the app at any time. Drives recorded while a subscription has lapsed are kept and become visible again when you subscribe.

Acceptable use

Do not use RytMiles to break the law, to interfere with the service, to reverse engineer it, or to access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

What we do not promise

Drive detection depends on your iPhone, its settings and the signals available; no app detects every drive perfectly. RytMiles is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a deduction that is disallowed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for RytMiles in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and ending

We may change RytMiles or these terms; we will post changes here and update the date above. You can end this agreement by deleting your account. We may end it for a breach of these terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Questions: [email protected].
